Eastern Printhead Repair, Inc. will evaluate selected printheads not listed in our catalog free of charge. A Service Representative will notify you of the evaluation before the repair is made.
Repair prices are set at a flat rate which includes parts and labor. A Customer Representative will contact you for authorization of additional charges. "No Problem Found" printheads will be charged a $15.00 flat bench testing fee.  Please look at our Price Query page to see our NEW LOWER RATES!
Normal turnaround time for printhead repair is 1-5 business days. Large orders may require additional time.
We guarantee all printheads we refurbish with a 90 day warranty.  All warranties should be claimed with Eastern Printhead Repair, Inc. prior to shipment.
Payments are due at time of services rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A Customer Service Representative will contact you about billing. Payment terms are available upon credit approval. Please contact us for a credit application.

 

 All repaired orders will be returned via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping insurance is added at the request of the customer.  We are neither responsible nor liable for any charges incurred by the customer for shipping, insurance or customs cost. We are not liable for any damage which may occur during shipping.

 

 We ship items via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  We can ship any in-stock item overnight. Overnight shipping charges are extra. There will be no upfront core exchange charge applied, however, customers are given 10 business days from invoice date to return the defective printhead as a core. Printhead cores not returned within 10 business days will be charged or billed for as the amount stated on the invoice. This amount varies  with each different style/brand of printhead.  Any printhead sold or exchanged that you wish to return must be preapproved and there will be a 15% restocking fee, less any shipping charges.
